HKUST – The 34th Career Mosaic

The Working Holiday Scheme Unit (WHSU) of the Labour Department joined "The 34th Career Mosaic" at HKUST to promote the Working Holiday Scheme to students. WHSU also addressed students' enquiries on the spot and distributed publicity materials.

The Labour Department participated in the "Education & Careers Expo 2025" on 16-19 January 2025 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Apart from local employment information, information on "Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme" and the "Working Holiday Scheme" were provided to assist job seekers, in particular youths, to broaden their horizon with diversified career pathways. A Working Holiday Sharing Session was held to introduce the Scheme to participants. Ashley, previous working holidaymaker in Ireland, was invited to share her first-hand experience and tips on working holiday.
