Q: Where do you come from?
A: I come from Hong Kong.
Q: When did you go on your working holiday?
A: 2013-2015.
Q: Where did you go for your working holiday and why?
A: I had been to Australia for two years for my working holiday. I went to Australia because I would like to learn more Australian culture as well as to improve my English.
Q: What kinds of jobs did you do, and what kinds of courses did you take during your working holiday?
A: I used to work in a resort. I mainly worked on the island as housekeeper, waitress, baker shop assistant, baker assistant, etc. I love to work on the island as the company usually provides meals and accommodation.
Q: Tell us one of your most unforgettable memories in your working holiday.
A: I met lots of friends all around the world, from local Australians to other backpackers. We traveled around Australia. Very long-term relationships were developed.
Q: What is the greatest reward you have got from your working holiday?
A: Friends. Even though our languages are different but we could communicate with each other as well as built up good relationships. Even we are not staying in Australia any more, but we still keep in touch. They visited me in Hong Kong and I visited them in Japan, Taiwan, or even Europe.
Q: Can you give 3 tips for young people who wish to visit the working holiday destination of your choice?

A: Set the goal before you apply for working holiday. For whatever reason, try your best to do it. The outcome is always unexpected.

Don't be scared and afraid of communicating with others. English is our second language. However, just try to speak and try to communicate with others. If you never speak out, you will never improve.

Enjoy that moment. Don't think too much about future. Just enjoy what you have now.
