Collection Statement on Personal Data and
Sharing of Experience

The Labour Department will use the personal data and sharing of experience collected from you for purposes directly related to the promotion of the Working Holiday Scheme.  The provision of information is voluntary.  However, if you do not provide sufficient information, the Labour Department may not be able to follow up and publish your sharing.


2. Your name and sharing you provided may be published at this website for public viewing after processing.


3. To safeguard your data privacy, your contact information will not be published and will only be used for follow-up by Labour Department (such as requesting for supplementary information or arranging for collection of souvenir).


4. Without your prior consent, your contact information will not be disclosed by us to any other party, government departments or organisations.


5. The Labour Department has discretion over the publishing style of the sharing you provide and the authority of not posting your sharing.
